Freaking out..

Well ,i am 33 weeks and i have had a rough pregnancy . I have an incompetent cervix and had a pessary put in as i was in preterm labour . Now she is breech , her head is pressing on my liver and lungs while her feet are kicking wildely down . I also have a heart shaped uterus just yo make it worse . Hard for her to flip. Under such cirmustances the chances am being told are slim for her to change positions until birth😣😣 anyone else has been or is in this situation? I really wanted a natural birth...
