Husband made me cry UPDATED

He's constantly told me he wants a baby, and he's happy and excited. But he's never SHOWN me. You know? Like, he's never gotten that gleam in his eye or talked about it randomly or rubbed my belly or things like that. And I know that's just how he is. Sometimes it bugs me sometimes my reasonable side reminds me that's who he is.

Today we were grocery shopping and we went down the isle for juice. He asked me what he thought our kids would eat. I assumed because we eat near everything and have weird tastes that's what he was referring to. We were shopping, made sense.

Nope... at the end of the isle was baby food.... that he stopped to look at and comment on what he thought our future little one might nom on....

It's the first time he's ever done anything like that... of course I got teary. He laughed and hugged me from behind and put his hands on my belly.

I think I fell in love all over again... 😭
