Where oh where is my nesting energy?!?

I have the opposite lately. All I want to do is sleep. Anyone else? I have a lot to do to get ready but no energy to do it.

My nesting consists of warping pillows and blankets around me while I sleep. That's like a nest right? I've already got everything done, my due date is only a few days away. I don't feel the need to do anymore.

Mine usually shows up at like 3 in the morning when I should be sleeping 😑

I was a crazy person for weeks 33-36. Then it's like someone bonked me over the head now all I can do is sleep! Worse than the 1st trimester

Haha i never got it with my first pregnancy. And i force myself to clean this pregnancy...i tell myself just pretend your nesting....my type of nesting is sitting on the couch doing nothing 😂

36 and 3 and it hasn't hit me yet. I'm seriously exhausted and not feeling well

I'm 38+3 and the nesting instinct / burst of energy to clean hasn't happened.  In fact I've been extra tired and just want to sleep.  I really want to have this little guy sooner than later so I've been forcing myself to go for walks and to stay somewhat active.  Hopefully he will start his arrival soon.

I finally got mine around 37 weeks but a lot of the time I'm in so much pain I can't do anything anyway. 😭 It comes and goes pretty hardcore. I'll wake up some days and decide I'm not getting out of bed.

I'm 37 weeks and 2 days and I cba to do anything other than sleep, literally I can be awake for an hour and I want to go back to bed for the whole day and just stay in bed of a night, really don't know what's getting in to me. But I have read up that some people nest and some people get really tired so maybe it's just a normal thing and we are just doing extra resting rather than extra cleaning lol. X

Yes! I was just thinking about making a post like this. I'm 40 weeks on Thursday and I don't have the nesting instinct. I was able to get a load of laundry done today but that's it lol
