Im on cd24 .. My cycles have been from 28-38

I never get any ov symptoms and I dont normally get pain in my boobs when af is due. I was using opks all month and i had fertile cm on cd14.. But this past two days my back has been seriously sore and twingy hard pelvic area and my boobs have been sore (like bruised sore) on the outside of both and my nipples are untouchable!! So sensitive in like a tickly cold sore way. So hard to describe. . any idea of what it could be?
