Vagina cuts, yellow discharge, and dryness?

This may be TMI, but today I noticed I had two fine cuts on both sides of my vagina lips and they were bleeding. Also yesterday and today also I had some yellow discharge only when I wiped and lately it has been dry down there and sometimes irritating. I have a regular checkup appointment next Monday so was wondering if anyone knew what is going on? I haven't had sex for a month and haven't played with myself for weeks so it's not me or my boyfriend that could cause the cuts.
