I don't see anything and I wouldn't trust a blue dye test anyways. Try again with a pink dye test. Blue dye tests are notorious for evap lines that look like positives.

The app told u to test on April 22 and your AF is not due u til the 5th?!? That's way to early!! Test on the 4th and if it's negative test a couple days after your missed period
