Dreams and pregnancy?

Okay this is going to sound crazy, so I guess let me start with the symptoms I'm showing, last night and the night before I was cramping a little bit but it came in small waves, today upon waking up I feel like even if I try to drink water it will come back up. Okay into the dreams, my best friend, who's male, told me the other day that he doesn't dream very often but that this particular day he had a dream that involved fish, there's apparently some correlation with fish dreams and pregnancy I guess, well coincidentally the same day he had that dream I had a dream that involved pickles and ice cream, before anyone thinks I'm crazy haha the only thing I remember from my dream was screaming "put the pickles on the ice and keep the ice cream cold" thoughts?
