Headband craft?!?

There was a chick on here yesterday? Trying to find a way to store headbands for her baby who had made something out of an oatmeal tin, but needs something bigger. This popped up on my Facebook. Looks like thumb tacks, and you could decorate a tack board and make it a cute kind of picture for her room! And if you have flower clips or anything you could tack some ribbon down for the clips to clip onto!
