Sick While Pregnant 🤕🤒

I've had a cough over the weekend, and yesterday I started feeling overall unwell. Saw a doctor, and they said "it's allergies". Well this morning I woke up with a low grade fever, congestion, fatigue, aches, and headache. Glad I went and bought the $40 box of Claritin 🙄 contacted OB and her suggestion was keep an eye on the fever. If it persists or gets worse, then go to ER. This all just sucks. Poor baby freaks whenever I have a coughing fit. 😞 Any suggestions????
