Need tips

Jessica • Just a small town girl who made the big move 2400 miles away from "home". Happily in love for the past 8 1/2 years, married, now hoping to add a little one to our family.
As of today I am 13 weeks. And idk if that has anything to do with my overheated, semi swollen feet. 
Any relief tips/tricks?
