Could you be with a man who hides his phone

I've caught him in several online sex chats etc. he jerks off online and the women play online too. I've seen things in his phone that are disrespectful and cheating behaviors.  He is getting better at hiding his phone. We are working on it and starting again. He promised to stop doing things and keep it straight with me. So why is he still hiding his phone in his shorts when he sleeps. Takes it to the bathroom , kitchen where ever. When he's at his friends and I'm not there or he's away he leaves his phone on the charger. Or what ever room. He says oh sorry I left it charging when I've tried to call.  ut at my house or when with me its on him 24/7. Smh I guess he's still hiding things .
