MC at 5wks along on 9/8 AF past due (BFN)

found out I was pregnant and having a miscarriage all in the same wk..I was devistated. before my MC I was having a 24-26 day cycle, this month I am on day 29 in my cycle and tested this morning, BFN. is it normal to change cycle patterns after a MC? anyone else going through the same thing??
