OK ladies, I have a question. I bought a sperm testing kit this week to test my husband since we still haven't conceived. I read the instructions last night and they say don't use any type of lube or lotion as it may affect the results. I understand that, but what are we supposed to use? Can't do it dry because that's painful. Can't use spit because saliva kills sperm. So what is a safe option to use? Thanks!
