Workouts and bathroom breaks!! ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'm almost 29 weeks and have been lucky to stay active thus far. I've managed to continue to workout 4 to 5 times a week. But, I've come to realize that I need to plan for more time to workout due to having to take 3+ bathroom breaks each time! ๐Ÿ˜„ But, I totally recommend staying as active as you can during your pregnancy! This is my 3rd and it has made all the difference! ๐Ÿ’™
