period after 2 years?

I have been on the implant for around 2 years and I haven't had a period since I had it in. However i came on weeks ago for the first time and im still on, it's been 2 & a half weeks? Why is this happening and how long will it last for ?? I'm supposed to be staying in a hotel with the guy I'm seeing on Saturday 😒😒😒
