Please help me out!!

Earlier today I went to the bathroom to urinate there was no blood in the toilet but when I wiped there was blood on the tissue. A few hours later I had sex with my boyfriend and a stretchy blob of blood was discharged about 30 minutes after sex. My period also ended on approximately Monday. Why may this be happening? 😒
