Any one else have a 2nd c section. Was it planned.

I had to have an emergency c section with my daughter July 2011. And I've decided to have another c section with this baby. My Dr said my cervix is pushed pretty far up in me. Not real sure why. Anyway does a planned c section go good. ? I was put to sleep with my emergency one bc my blood pressure was too high.so I don't remember anything.
