What can I eat to help me go to the bathroom? I'm against taking any type of laxative but some help please on natural remedies..... Guess Ima just have to deal with the gas smh 😕

I need help too!!! I have done veggies, fruit, fiber gummies, and prune juice! NOTHING is helping. And I won't take a laxative either. When you get relief help me to get it too!! 😊💩
