No baby???

Went in for my 10 wk scan and there was an empty sac. They wouldn't tell me if there was a viable pregnancy or not. Said to return in 2-3 weeks. I feel like I'm being kept from the truth. This will be my 3rd miscarriage. Not sure I want to try a 4th time. Took 2 years just to concieve! I feel there will be no baby and the doctor is just pussy-footing around and not telling me.. Included scan photos and the results from Doctor. They told me nothing.. Just handed me the documents and said good day 😡
