I'm Jealous of His Phone..

How do i get my SO to pay attention to me and not his damn phone? He's always on the phone checking social media, playing games, or reading the news. At the end of the work day, i want to talk and cuddle with him, but he's looking at his phone. I've told him this bothers me; I told my SO I'm jealous of the attention the phone gets instead of me. He's improved a bit by becoming more conversational, but my SO does so while STILL on the phone. How to get his undivided attention??
