maybe pregnant?

ok about a week ago or maybe a little longer I had creamy thick white discharge and it was pretty frequent. obviously being married we've been having sex. I'm suppose to start my period which I haven't. I have instead been spotting very very lightly and have been having cramps since almost a week tomorrow. I got my annual and my dr said everything feels fine but there having me take blood for my hormones making sure since my sis had a thyroid condition and I have a pelvic ultra sound. any thoughts maybe on what this all means
