Medication While TTC

I'm 31, TTC with Baby 1.

I'm trying to do good about taking certain over the counter meds. I suffer from migraines, I switched from Advil to Tylenol (I believe thats right it's off brand). It's worked but last night it spiked so bad I was up half the night. Which is rare and usually a sign of a even worst one on the way! Tylenol didn't even touch it, so I took Advil. I feel horrible, first time I prayed I WASN'T prego in long time.

Any suggestions on alternative safe things to do to help with head aches? I've been suffering through many lately.
