Has this ever happened to you?

I am 37 weeks today. At my 20 week anatomy scan we found out we were having a girl. Last monday I had an ultrasound done because she was breeched. They told us that our baby is frank breeched and a boy. I do not qualify to have an ecv done because there is not enough fluid.  I am still in shock and have been so depressed going into my pink nursery.  This has been the hardest week. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this.

I have a friend that was told boy at anatomy scan (her fiancé got the baby's name tatted on him) then another us they said girl (they got a boy puppy and gave him the original name) so they did everything in pink everything at the baby shower was pink. Right before baby was born they did one last us and said oops it's a boy it was like less than a week before he was born so she had to scramble to get a couple boy outfits for him (puppy had to be renamed so baby could have his name back).

No mine was girl at 20 weeks and girl at 37 weeks when I had scan. The confirmed it baby not born yet I'm due on Saturday 7th can't wait for baby to be born

Thank y'all. I'm glad I'm not alone. They did not see his penis in the ultrasounds (i had two done in one day at two different hospitals because they were concerned about his heart. Which is perfect) but both techs saw his scrotum. The only way to confirm the sex would be to have genetic testing done. I am not going to add anymore stress to my baby. He is breeched and will be born via c section on the 23rd.

I was told boy at 19 weeks and then GIRL at 22 weeks. Good thing I waited to announce it and I didn't buy any clothes!! But now my husband wants to have ANOTHER baby because he got used to the idea of having another boy... 😅

I went to a 3D place at 18 weeks simply to find out the gender, and they said that it was a girl, then I went for my anatomy scan at 22 weeks and it was a boy! My husband refused to believe it was a girl after the first tech said she was "only 85% sure". Sure enough, hubs was right and he's getting his little boy any day now! The 3D place let me come back for a free session once I explained what happened and it is definitely a boy.

I'm sorry this is happening to you so late - but if they're saying its a boy now it probably is. You'll have quite the story to share when he's older!

I'm sorry! That's quite the shock. I'm sure it's hard since you've been thinking baby is a girl for so long. I promise once your son is in your arms it will change. Take a bit to grieve what you thought was going to be, then maybe go shopping for some boy stuff to get excited.

I had my gender reveal scan around 22 weeks and Dr said I'm having a boy ,, till that day I didn't blv cuz I didn't c any boy part but on last appointment at 36 weeks she confirms it and I saw baby's boy part ,,

My SIL was told at her anatomy scan they were having a GIRL so they went out and bought tons of girl stuff and handed down all their boy stuff from their first child. Then at a follow-up scan around 38weeks they were told it was most certainly a BOY. Well baby came out and was all GIRL, we have no clue what the second US tech was looking at but it sure caused some panic for those few weeks.
