Vertigo an early pregnancy sign?

I was diagnosed with vertigo about 3-4 years ago. It has calmed down a lot in the past year without medication but all of a sudden today it has hit me so hard I can barely walk and has me so sick to my stomach. Has anyone that has ever suffered from vertigo like me ever had it hit you hard because of pregnancy? Please comment

I have had vertigo for the past 10 years. I didn't notice a different with having it during my pregnancies besides with my 3rd child about 14 weeks when it hit me and I passed out. Since then I do have on and off spells when after she was born. But that's just me. It tends to act up every few months or few years
