I usually have moderate to heavy periods but this cycle is totally different. The first day was light, second day normal but then the third day nothing and the forth day on and off spotting. Normally my periods are 6 days long with a continuous flow. Also I dident get some of my normal PMS symptoms only a few. So do you think this is my period or implantation bleeding or neither?
