Is there any mommys who breastfeed their babies and smoke marijuana?

There isn't much info on this subject, but I have medical marijuana and Im going to be breastfeeding my baby and I also want to smoke too. Is there any mamas who smoke while you breastfeed? Is there a decrease I'm milk supply?

I haven't done it but my sister did. Her daughter is now 17 and taking college classes in high school. It has never ever affected her in anyway negatively.

Iv been smoking for 12 months now and breastfeeding but the whole time iv tried to stop i am bipolar i get depressed really fast so pot helps me with that and other problems iv been asking this too everyone says my daughter is smart and so healthy but i still get worried honestly i wish i would have stopped along time ago i take really good care of my children and i smoke only when they nap or sleep i wash my self off once in done and i drink lots of water my milk supply i dont think went down.

Are you doing it if so how is it going for you

My SO mother did it and one baby was BF til he was 4 years old. Now. I will say that two of the 3 ended up with a pot problem. One of them still has it. But the 3rd is fine. Doesn't smoke. And my SO no longer smokes. I don't see anything wrong with it.

I don't know anything about the marijuana, but smoke, even second hand smoke, even if it's from marijuana and not tobacco, is really bad for babies. However breastfeeding is a little protective of that. Couldn't you vaporize or something, just get the marijuana without the smoke?
