Great Dane/big dog owners?

Does anyone have a Great Dane or a big dog? I live in a apartment and I have to take my Great Dane outside to potty and on walks. He's a year and one month hes getting in a stage where he gets so excited when he sees people he jumps and try's to kiss them in the face and I have to apologize a thousand times and try to get my dog away. He's HUGE ( duh lol ) he's 130 and very strong! He weighs more than me I'm 120 and 5'3 so it's very hard for me to control him😰  I was wondering if I could have some advice on how to control him better and get him to stop jumping😡 we've put him in training and put a harness on him to control him better we always correct his bad behavior but he is so hard headed! Any advice would be appreciated! I love my fur baby and want him to behave lol.
