Running after giving birth
My due date is July 30 and there's a half marathon I would be interested in doing nov 8- is this enough time to train?? Not currently running only walking and Ive ran a 5 mike race a couple years ago. It was nice to have a goal and training program for motivation. Anyone given birth and gotten into running after?
