What could this be ?

Im hurting in my left ovary like O pains again . Happend last night and then again tonight after BD . But negative opks .... Does anyone else ever expirence this ? It doesn't hurt during sex , just sore a little while after . I know it's normal to have pain in your cervix afterwards if there's deep penatration . I'm 8month post partum , I've heard it takes two full years to completely recover from pregnancy / child birth . Could things still be sensitive down there ??
