Aaah restless legs! Help!!
So I have been having the WORST restless legs this week. Between the regular exhaustion of my job and pregnancy, the legs, and getting up to pee every one to two hours, I have not been getting much sleep. I am just so exhausted! And every time I finally lie down at night, my legs ache so bad and I cannot stop moving them! I've even gone on extra long walks and done leg stretches and exercises to try to relieve the sensation... But nothing works. Any ideas or thoughts on what has worked for you? Please help!!
