Night Engorgement

Hey Mommies!!! I have a 15weeker... She wakes once or twice a night. When she does I wake up and I'm engorged, and leaking everywhere. Sometimes it even comes out to fast for her to drink. I use to try to wake up in between her waking up however, most of the time I'm too tired and I sleep through the alarm clock. How do you mommies prevent engorgement throughout the night??
