Does anyone have a scar like this on their belly! What is it going to do when I start growing? I'm 4weeks now. (Bloated like crazy).

I had an appendix scar that never changed in size or width. I did keep lotion on it throughout my first pregnancy. I hope that helps.

This was right after my cyst removal surgery, but to get a recent picture I would have to get out of bed. The scar hasn't shrunk much in size since then. I am 17 weeks and so far it hasn't changed much. I do have a few growing pains around where the scar tissue is though. I have been using a lot of lotion,staying moisturized and hoping for the best!

I have a scar from having my gall bladder removed. Previously the scar was bumpy and lumpy... I'm now 27 weeks with twins and my scar has smoothed out and is barely noticeable.. It's lightened its appearance and sort of broken down the scar tissue build up.

I have a scar from my belly button down from a previous c-section/appendectomy and a huge scar on my side from kidney surgery when I was 30. It's scary cuz my body is already scarred up at 38 but it will be worth it. I've been wondering what the scars will do and feel like when I'm huge.

I don't have this scar but I did have a previous csection and sometimes I could feel a bit a tightness and tugging as I grew but not bad at all. I massaged my scar though from 6 weeks after birth to one year and it's barely noticeable at all so it may be helpful to do that anyways to help soften it up a bit.

Your scar will be fine. Just keep your tummy moisturised. Think of all the woman who have the deep c section scar that goes right inside and they get pregnant again.
