Does anyone's general obgyn do more than just prescribe clomid or femera?

Question

I know most obgyn will send you directly to an RE if those two things fail but have you known of a regular obgyn to do a little more like trigger shots or iui?

Mine prescribed me 6 months of clomid, and if that fails, next step is a RE. I was really hoping for some other tests, but nope! I'm currently 3 dpo on my 6th round too. Ugh.

My ob office has basic fertility treatments in office, so they do everything except for ivf. I know there are other offices in my area that are the same, but I don't know if all of them do.

Does anyone's general obgyn do more than just prescribe clomid or femera?
