IF you have customer support experience, on paper and verifiable..there are PLENTY of LEGAL companies that hire for Remote positions.

ATT, Comcast, NETFLIX. Etc etc. Possibilities are endless, for someone with the experience.

Go to either monster.com, or LinkedIn.com.

Create a resume. List everything from a to z.

U can also search on these websites for remote positions (aka work from home)

As someone that has been in the IT FIELD for the past 20 years, I can tell u 99% of all "work from home " jobs are fake.

The key word for a real job is -remote work-

Also, keep in mind that having a remote job, might sound easy and fun. . But it's far from it. You MUST have DESKTOP (laptops are not allowed) computer,one that meets all requirements. It MUST connect via ethernet, NO WIFI, because wifi connections are very unstable.

You must have an office, where no noise can be heard through headphones when u work.

And just like any other job, u must go trough (remote)training, temp position...etc

And scheduling is ROUGH. U never get the shifts u want. . U BID on ur shifts..but if someone with more seniority wants that same shift, u will lose against them. .

My first IT job was remote tech support.

I had only one certification at the time. I had to work the night shift for 6 months as a tier 1 tech support on temp basis. After 6 months I was made perm and promoted to tier 3. Within the next year I had 9 certifications under my belt (company paid for) and I was already a Supervisor/trainer.

But my salary was capped at 45k year.

So I put in my two weeks and quit.

That was my stepping stone. I now own several IT businesses.

It's hard to find REAL work from home jobs, but if u go to REAL, websites, make resumes and apply for remote positions, u will eventually find something good.
