I love Canada Dry but my friends keep saying I can't drink it because I'm pregnant. Is this true?

Omg, doctors actually recommend you drink ginger ale while pregnant! I'm drinking one as I write this. Mmm. It helps with nausea, plus there's no caffeine! Bottoms up!

As long as you aren't downing 5 of those daily I think you should be fine.  It's ginger ale!  I default to that when I am nauseous.  But because it's made with high fructose corn syrup,  you do not want to drink too much...  Just like any other soda.  At least the ginger ale doesn't have caffeine.

I never had it before I was pregnant. With really bad morning sickness that was all I could keep down! It's prefectly ok to drink :)
