How to determine a due date with no period

My husband and I miscarriages at the end of March I was 6 weeks along. I think I might be pregnant again I'm going to test tomorrow. And I know it can be possible to be pregnant without a period, but has this happen to anyone else? And if I am or this has happen to you how do you determine how far along you are?
