Acne advice!? :(

I'm 24 and I've had acne all my life. I'm so tired of it. It's getting to the point now where it's so bad, I almost don't even want to leave the house or look in the mirror. Please help :(

I've been to the dermatologist and the pills he gave me didn't help. I've started Yaz about a week ago.

Apple cider vinegar . Braggs brand . You can drink it or use it as a face wash . Maca root supplement pills clears it up and also grows out your hair skin nails and gives you some curves on your butt or boobs .

Maybe changing your diet? Or use some ice cubes on your acne to help or use honey as a mask😊

You could try finding things that causes acne for you. For example me, anytime I drink soda (especially dark) I notice next day I will have a pimple that hurts usually on my cheeks or when I'm stressed and not getting enough sleep I start having even more acne than I do already.

I always had ance and I still get it at 26 years old. It's awful and I understand the feeling of not wanting anyone to see you. Ask for acutane. Get your hormones checked out. Sometimes if you have more of ..... It's off balance and they can help you balance it. Hopefully the yaz helps. I'm scared to try the yaz. Let me know if it works!!!
