Ive been TTC for over a year now and last night i had a dream that i finally got my BFP and i went in for an ultrasound and got told there was no heart beat i woke up feeling sad ?

Dreams are just manifested fears, not predictions. So it just means it is something you worry about. Don't think too much into it. I'm sure you have never predicted the future before, so you are not going to start now ;). Baby dust to you, all will be great!

Google or try to get an dream analysis done!! Because your emotions are so raw when TTC you can get some awesome insight into your innermost thoughts!! Eg. A + preg test = significant change, ultrasound = your move towards the change, and finially, no baby in an ultrasound = fear of failure. Look at the big picture... I'd see this dream as a positive... Change and your move towards change are your primary focus! Hope this helps... Good luck
