Yeast infection a sign of pregnancy?

Hello ladies I'm been having a rough day and hope someone can answer my question or give me story's it they can relate to this, I'm about 100% sure I have a yeast infection and I think it form using my husband body wash right after that my vagina been experiencing this burning and itchy sensation, it's burn very bad when I pee and when I stand and everything else. I been having this creaming  cottage cheese discharged. Before I have this I was cramping and waiting for AF but she never came and this infection did. Today and yesterday my boobs been swollen and sore and according to glow since I didn't have a period for April I'm suppose to start tomrrow. I told a test today a came  back neg. can I could be preg? Could this infection caused it or infect my test result
