Need some advice. Not about pregnancy

I work in a nursery and sent a child home with ringworm. I then noticed a couple of days later i had marks on my arm so went to the doctors. He said its ringworm so gave me canesten cream as im 6 weeks pregnant. Well ive woken up today and it seems to be blistering more and more everyday. Ive been using the cream 3 times a day as ive been told.  Does anyone know what this could be? I honestly dont believe its ringworm
