Baby. Yay, nay?

Hi. I'm 19, married to my love, and I'm a junior in college. I work as a non medical home health aide. I'm also an army wife. 
I'm kind of feeling like I'd like to have a baby. But the idea both frightens and makes me happy. I've raised kids before. So this should be no different. 
I just don't know, you know?

Wait until you are absolutely sure you want one. It's a huge responsibility that you can't take back.

I felt the same way when I was that age. I'd been with my bf (now husband) since I was 16. It wasn't until I was almost 21 and making some Serious birthday plans that I thought I was pregnant and realized I wasn't quite as ready as I thought. I ended up not being pregnant and enjoyed the rest of what I considered my youth! I had my 1st child at 24....my second at 30. Looking back I'm glad we waited. It's not that your age is too young to be a mama...it's just that there's so much left of your youth to enjoy with the worries of motherhood. Even tho ur already married and settled down doesn't mean u need to start ur family yet.

I feel the same way. I am 20, I've been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years, no he hasn't proposed yet.. we both have good jobs and I'm REALLY wanting a baby. He wants to wait but... for some reason I dont. It kinda sucks that he doesn't want to have one but oh well lol

Your never ready for a kid because they are crazy :p lol but if your financially stable and your husband wants one to and you guys are ready to be officially parents and legally take care of a kid for 18 years then go for it ! I just turned 20 and I want one sooooooooo bad but I think I'm gonna wait till I'm atleast 5 months into being 21 because I want to get that crayzy partying out of the way first :) good luck
