What are my chances?

I took evening primrose oil from the 18th through the day I got a positive opk. I ovulated according to glow on the 29th.  Took geritol from the 18th to now. Used preseed on the night before getting an opk, and on ovulation day. As well as BD 6-7 days in a row. Skipped 30th, and BD again on the 1st. What are my chances of this being my month in reference to any success stories. I gave in and tested  today at 9dpo and it was negative, but I know that it was early because of could very well of not implanted yet.
