Not good

So I'm 10 weeks now an I started hemorrhaging yesterday so got rushed to the hospital by ambulance an had a ultrasound the baby is alive an fine but  the placenta is torn a little bit the er said I have about at 50/50 shot of carrying the baby now . Has this happened to anyone eles before did everything work out or what I'm freaking out an sooooo sad iv been trying to get pregnant for over a year . The er said if I carry the baby I will have the baby realy early.
