I'm in so much pain from my monthly cramps that I can't move at all and now my whole right side including my leg is aching from the pain (I can move my right arm by the way)? has this happened to anyone else before?? Need some advice.

Youre putting too much pressure into that side and that's why its hurting that bad. I dont know if you like tea or not but a green tea or ginger tea or vanilla chamomille tea are REALLY great for cramps. Also, mint tea helps a lot and it relaxes your muscles, my guess, go with that.

It's because your femeral artery in your leg is swollen. If when you're on your period and you know around when your cramps come I suggest you plan ahead and take midol(that helps me best) and stay in bed, but keep your legs straight insdead of tightening your core. That makes the pain so much worse. Heating pads are always great too. Good luck?
