I think I might be getting depressed I am always home alone my Husband works a lot he works from 8:30 to 11:30 at night and gets a 1 hour and a half of brake. I just moved to the place where I am now I used to live near my parents and moving 3 months ago was kinda hard I don't like going out alone because I don't know anyone here. I feel sad and kinda annoyed I feel down and I have stopped eating as much as I used to. Does anyone know what I can do to feel better?
