Urinary tract infection?

I've never had one before but I have to pee frequently and little comes out and as soon as I pee I feel like I have to go again. It tingles when I pee and a few times when I wiped a light red / pink blood was on the toilet paper. My back has been hurting and it feels as if I have cramps and I don't get my period until the 22.
