I feel SO insecure right now

So I was showering and decided to shave.... And my husband walks in and we joked about things and then he made a joke that ended with "with your SMOOTH skin and stuff..." But I heard "loose skin" which he would NEVER say. So I said wtf did you just say?! And he repeated it and it made more sense. But I can't help but feel super insecure about my body. We've had one child. I have stretch marks and my boobs went from lovely oranges to raisins.
