I am, and currently in my eight week, and I am starting to worry whether my baby will be fine or not... Sometimes I eat fish (once a week max) but I can't eat meat at all. I'm on this regime for about 4 years now. I lost a pregnancy in november last year even if I forced myself to eat meat once in a while... Now I feel really confused... and I was wondering if there are more ovo lacto vegetarian mums out there that could maybe give me some advice, please...
