Update on Owlet monitor
So far so good!! I love being able to check it before I fall asleep, and when I wake up in the middle of the night if he is still sleeping. I've gotten one false red alarm but that is because I forgot to shut off the base 
While I was holding him during a feeding. It was surprisingly loud, like I definitely couldn't have slept through it which I found comforting. Easy to set up, easy to put on. It's made to monitor sleep so you would still want to have some other type of monitor as well in my opinion, for during the day if you had to leave the room for something.
