Who here has done one of those "30 day fitness challenges" ? If yes, did you feel a difference or see a difference?

I've done them before but am already quite fit so I didn't see much difference, I was talking to my physio, chiro and herbalist about them and all three of them said they are actually quite bad for your body because they are quite strenuous on your body of you don't usually do fitness activities, they said that if you want to do it do the same exercise for that particular day for a couple of days or even for a week so your body can get used to it and you don't burn out in two seconds. Also you have to eat a balanced diet with it or you'll just make your self sick and feel unwell and you won't get results. Best of luck!

30 day fitness challenges, new amazing diets, meal plans they're gimmicks. Do some research on intuitive eating and I promise you will see results that way. I was at my heaviest while dieting and exercising like crazy. I also binged regularly, had extremely low self esteem and could not appreciate the body I had. Depression and social anxiety ensued all from my irrational fear of bad foods, because of all these limiting diets!!! Intuitive eating has been the most challenging yet rewarding journeys I have been on. I have an excellent relationship with food, I excercise every day and I haven't been on a binge in months. Please don't fall victim to these short term well marketed challenges, the best thing for your body is balance. Good luck sister, I hope you find something that works for you!

Yeah I used them as a guide. And built my own schedule thing basically. They are pretty helpful to get you going. I did a whole bunch all together, arms, squats, abs, etc.

I did the 30 day squat challenge and my butt did lift and look bigger because of the lift. But you can't stop after those 30 days, you have to do it regularly, but not necessarily every day :)
